What We Do

• Recognizing the critical need to bolster cybersecurity awareness and reduce attack surfaces, we developed and implemented a Secure Code Training Initiative for over 10,000 technology professionals. This program successfully aligned with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) framework, enhancing security practices and mitigating cyber risks.  

• Our approach involved creating a competency framework that outlined specific skills and knowledge required across four career stages, from entry-level to leadership. We then designed and delivered targeted training programs to address identified skill gaps and ensure each employee met the required capabilities.

Results:

• Achieved 95% NIST compliance across 10,000 employees.
